They will know what features they offer and at what price. This gives us the information we need to market and price their house to give it the best competitive edge.
When working with a buyer, I start by helping them find the right neighborhood to suit the lifestyle they desire. Once we’ve narrowed it down to a few neighborhoods and have a definitive idea of the attributes of the home they are looking for, together we are ready to find the best deal that we can.
